Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to any paid products or services offered by Rendezvous Square LLC ("we," "us," "our"), including memberships, digital downloads, paid newsletters, planning consultations, and sponsored services (collectively, "Paid Services").

1. Memberships and Subscriptions

Memberships and recurring subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time via your account page or by emailing hello@rendezvoussquare.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

1.1 Refunds on Subscriptions

  • Monthly plans: non-refundable for the current month once charged.
  • Annual plans: a pro-rata refund of unused full months is available if requested within 30 days of the renewal charge.
  • First-time subscribers: a full refund is available within 14 days of the first charge, provided no premium downloads have been consumed.

2. One-Time Digital Products

Digital downloads (PDF itineraries, planning guides, templates) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, due to the nature of digital delivery. If a file is corrupted, defective, or materially does not match its description, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund.

3. Planning Consultations

If we offer paid 1:1 planning sessions:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • 50% refund for cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the session.
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
  • If we cancel the session, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Sponsored Listings and Partnerships

Refund terms for sponsored content, partnerships, and advertising placements are governed by the separate written agreement between the parties and not by this Policy.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to hello@rendezvoussquare.com including: the email address used at purchase, transaction date and amount, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. Disputes can usually be resolved faster directly. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in suspension of your account.

7. Travel and Bookings

Rendezvous Square LLC does not sell flights, hotels, or other travel bookings. Refunds for actual travel arrangements must be sought from the airline, hotel, or travel agency you booked with. We are not responsible for any third-party booking decisions or losses.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 14-day withdrawal right (where applicable) and similar protections in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the update; prior purchases are governed by the Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
