TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENDEZVOUS SQUARE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
